In case you would contact us to exercise one of your rights, please specify which right you wish to exercise. In exercising your rights, be as specific as possible.
We process the personal data which you provide to us when you make use of our services. The overview of personal data which we may process is as follows:
The personal data are processed with the following objectives:
You are not obliged to share your personal data with use. However, if you do not communicate the requested personal data, we may not be in a position to deliver the requested services.
We do not provide any personal data to any third party, unless that third party is contractually bound with Wilms or works for or as a subcontractor of Wilms.
We have obviously made an agreement with these parties with respect to the protection of your personal data.
We also do not provide personal data to companies outside the European Economic Area, unless there is an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards, binding corporate rules or transfers referred to in article 49, paragraph 1 GDPR.
However, in the cases defined by the law, we are obliged to communicate certain personal data to the specific public authorities.
We keep the personal data only for as long as is needed to achieve the objectives determined above.
Since the storage period depends on the objective, but also on the type of personal data, storage periods vary.
You have the right to access your personal data. Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of the processed personal data.
You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data adjusted.
You have the right to ask Wilms to remove your data in the cases referred to in article 17, paragraph 1 GDPR, e.g. in case you withdraw your consent or in case you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes. Wilms will in that case immediately remove your data, unless if article 17, paragraph 3 GDPR applies. Wilms will therefore no longer have to remove your personal data in case it is needed in order to comply with a legal obligation.
You have the right to have the processing restricted to the cases referred to in article 19, paragraph 1, e.g. if the accuracy of the personal data is disputed.
You have the right to request the personal data which you yourself have provided to Wilms or to have them transferred to another company.
You have the right at all times to withdraw your consent. Withdrawing your consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.
Should you not agree with Wilms’ point of view, should you have comments about the exercising of your rights, or should you be of the opinion that your personal data are not processed in accordance with the law, including GDPR, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
You always have the right to object to the processing for direct marketing purposes. In practice, you can do this by clicking "opt-out" in the e-mails, after which you will no longer receive any more direct marketing e-mails from us. We can obviously still contact you with respect to an ongoing agreement.
Furthermore, you also have the right at all times to object to the processing based on article 6, paragraph 1, (e) or (f) GDPR.
