The notary’s office in Eeklo chose ZipX®Zero built-in screens. The screens give the building a neat, modern finish while providing better control of light and heat throughout the day.

In the waiting area, a screen was installed on the outside of the window. Because the solar shading is positioned externally, the sun’s heat is stopped before it reaches the glass. This keeps the waiting area noticeably cooler and adds extra privacy, while the view outside remains unobstructed. The other built-in screens were installed in the office spaces, where they reduce glare and help create a comfortable working environment.

The grey finish matches the office’s modern look. The box and side guides are discreetly integrated, yet remain easy to access for maintenance.
