This sleek renovation was designed to make the most of outdoor living. Large glass panes literally bring the garden inside, and with Wilms ZipX®Zero built-in screens, that open feeling is preserved, without the home overheating on warm days. The screen blocks direct sunlight while keeping a clear view to the outside.

For this project, cable guidance was chosen. It’s the ideal solution for corner windows or large glazed areas without a corner profile: the screen runs along slim cables, keeping the corner detail architecturally clean and creating an extra spacious, panoramic effect. Perfect when you don’t want to “interrupt” the façade or the view, but still want comfortable shade, reduced glare and more privacy at any time of day.
